The Harvey County Free Fair, at the Harvey County Fairgrounds, in Newton, KS, runs August 1 to August 4, 2008.
This is an annual county 4-H fair event. The family fair event has food, exhibits, animals, carnival, rodeo, demolition derby, parade and bull blowout.
