The newest winery in Kansas has opened in the middle of the Flint Hills, in Wamego. Winemaker Britt Nichols, who also founded the Oz Winery and Ozlandia in Wamego, has organized Vin Vivante in the tradition of hands-on, artisinal winemaking.
